NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of WILBURN ELROY HASSLER, deceased, that on the 30th day of October, 2025, KEVIN HASSLER filed in the District Court of the County of Garfield, state of Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to KEVIN HASSLER upon the estate of WILBURN ELROY HASSLER, deceased, and that the heirs of WILBURN ELROY HASSLER be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate, be waived.

AND pursuant to an order of said District Court, the 20th day of November, 2025, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Neil F. Goodnature, Deceased, that on October 31, 2025, Marie G. Frederick produced and filed in this Court a Petition for Order Distributing Oklahoma Estate of Non-Resident, having attached thereto a duly certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of Neil F. Goodnature, Deceased, the Order Admitting said Will to Probate and Granting Letters Testamentary in the estate of Neil F. Goodnature, Deceased, which is used as an order distributing the estate, all as issued by the Court having jurisdiction of the domiciliary probate proceedings.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said Petition prays that an order be entered distributing all the property subject to the jurisdiction of this Court and in accordance with the Last Will and Testament of Neil F. Goodnature; and that on the 25th day of November, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., said Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom in the Garfield County Courthouse located at 114 West Broadway Avenue, in Enid, Oklahoma, and that an order distributing the Oklahoma property subject to the jurisdiction of this Court will be entered in accordance with the documents from the domiciliary probate proceedings and the applicable laws of the State of Oklahoma, unless a written objection is filed prior to said date and time by an interested party or creditor of the Decedent.

You may refer to said Petition, the exhibits attached thereto and other instruments on file in this cause for further particulars.
