subject to unpaid taxes, assessments, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, and prior security interests in fixtures, if any, said property having been appraised at $85,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to order of sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma.

Pursuant to judgment, Plaintiff reserves the right to recall the Special Execution and Order of Sale and to cancel this scheduled sale orally or in writing at any time prior to sale without notice or leave of Court. To: All persons interested in the Estate of Clyde Leroy Pool, deceased.

You are hereby notified that on the 19th day of November, 2025, the Petitioner, Justin Pool (“Petitioner”), by and through his attorney, Dakota L. Semrad, of Semrad Law, PLLC, filed his Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245 and for Appointment of Special Administrator in the District Court of Garfield County.

Petitioner has alleged that Clyde Leroy Pool, deceased, departed this life, intestate, on or about the 25th day of August, 2025, in the City of Enid, Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, and at the time of his death was a resident and citizen of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma. Moreover, Petitioner has alleged that Clyde Leroy Pool left an estate in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, consisting of real and personal property, the probable value of which is less than $200,000.00. Accordingly, Petitioner has asked this Court for summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq.

The names, ages and last-known addresses of Clyde Leroy Pool’s administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees and devisees, as set forth in the Petition, are as follows:

Petitioner has alleged that the total value of the estate is less than $200,000.00. Since the value of the estate is less than $200,000.00, Petitioner has requested summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245 et seq.

In an Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator entered on the 19th day of November, 2025, the Court found that it should dispense with regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, ordered notice to creditors and issued an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration.

Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator, all creditors having claims against Clyde Leroy Pool, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to Justin Pool, at Semrad Law, PLLC, 121 West Maple Avenue, Oklahoma, 73701, addressed to Dakota L. Semrad, attorney for Special Administrator, on or before the following presentment date: December 22, 2025. If no claim is filed on or before the presentment date, such claim will be forever barred.

Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 8th day of January, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the District Courthouse of Garfield County in Garfield, Oklahoma. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration.

You are hereby advised that you may file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in the care of his attorney, Dakota L. Semrad of Semrad Law, PLLC, 121 W. Maple Ave., Enid, OK 73701, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.

If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
