NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of BEATRICE ANN CHRISTENSEN, Deceased, that on the 18th day of November, 2025, KATHRYN FRAZER produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated the April 27, 1999, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of BEATRICE ANN CHRISTENSEN, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to KATHRYN FRAZER, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 18th day of December, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Court Room at the Garfield County Courthouse, Enid, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for proving said Will and hearing said Petition and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.
