Pursuant to an Order of said District Court entered and filed herein, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bobbi Power Baker, Personal Representative of the Estate of Carol Lu Myers, Deceased, made to this Court and filed in the office of the Court Clerk thereof a Return of Sale made by the said Personal Representative on November 10, 2025, under authority of an Order of Sale of Real Estate issued by this Court on September 18, 2025, of the real estate described below for the following sum and to the following persons:

Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), Davis Park 4th Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, State of Oklahoma;

to John Brennan and Sarah Brennan, for the sum of $23,000.00, as will more fully appear from said Return filed as aforesaid and to which reference is hereby made for further particulars; and

Notice is hereby given that the 25th day of November 2025, at 9:00 o clock a.m. at the District Courtroom, City of Enid, Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, has been fixed for hearing the said Returns, when and where any persons interested in said Estate may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the said sale and may be heard and may produce witnesses in support of any such objections.

Thesman, the Executor named in said will, and that the Court make a judicial determination of the heir of the said deceased, and waive the filing of a general inventory and appraisement and of all annual and final accountings herein.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 25th day of November, 2025, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A. M., has been appointed the time for hearing said petition and proving said will in the District Courtroom in the Courthouse, at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield when all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
