Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Nancy C. Hare, Deceased; Rhonda Dixon and Rochada Petterson have filed a Petition requesting that the estate of Nancy C. Hare, Deceased, be probated in testacy (with a Will), and asking that Letters of Personal Representative be issue to Rhonda Dixon and Rochada Peterson as Personal Representative of the Estate, that a determination of heirs be made, and the filing of an inventory, the appointment of appraisers, and the filing and presentment of a formal annual and final accounting be waived.

Notice is hereby given that the 25th day of November, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition, appointing Personal Representative, and determining the items provided for herein at the District Court, in the Courthouse of GARFIELD County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.
