RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF ENID AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN OKLAHOMA TOURISM AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY STAFF TO EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMITTAL TO THE OKLAHOMA TOURISM AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (“Tourism”) has made federal funding available through its Recreational Trails Program (“RTP”) in amounts of up to three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) and;
WHEREAS, the City of Enid (“City”), proposes to construct a segment of the City of Enid Trail System located south of Crosslin Park at a cost of approximately seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000.00) and;
WHEREAS, the City of Enid, if awarded maximum RTP grant funds, must contribute matching funds in the amount of up to approximately four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00) and;
WHEREAS, the City must submit an application and various related paperwork, and if awarded, must execute an agreement with Tourism in order to receive funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the City of Enid, as follows:
that the mayor and city staff are authorized to submit the City of Enid’s application; and, if awarded, to enter into said award agreement; to sign all applicable documents, forms, certifications and agreements.

Woodward produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Debra D. Woodward.
Said Petition further prays that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined with respect to waiver procedures as provided by the applicable statutes of the State of Oklahoma.

THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of February, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., at the South Doors of the Garfield County Courthouse in Enid, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for alias sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interests of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Eight (8), Block One (1), CHISHOLM RANCH ESTATES, an Addition to Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as 7029 Chisholm Ranch Dr., Enid, OK 73703 (the “Property”)
Alias sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Alias Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Garfield County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to said judgment reserving the right of Plaintiff to recall said execution by oral announcement and/or order of the Court, prior to the alias sale, said judgment entered in the District Court in and for said County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ 2025-88, entitled Guild Mortgage Company LLC, Plaintiff, vs. Leroy B. Wonnacott, Jr.; Sarah Wonnacott, et al., Defendants, to satisfy:
FIRST: The costs of said action accrued and accruing;
SECOND: The judgment and first lien of the Plaintiff, Guild Mortgage Company LLC, in the sum of $421,997.15 with interest thereon at the rate of 6.125% per annum, as adjusted, if applicable, from September 1, 2024, until paid; advances for taxes, insurance and preservation expenses, accrued and accruing; abstracting expenses, accrued and accruing; bankruptcy fees and costs, if any; and an attorney’s fee, plus costs, with interest thereon at the same rate, until paid.
Persons or other entities having interest in the property, including those whose actual addresses are unknown and persons or other entities who have or may have unknown successors and such unknown successors are hereby notified are: Leroy B. Wonnacott, Jr.; Sarah Wonnacott; Occupants of the Premises; Chisholm Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc.; State of Oklahoma, ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission.
The property has been duly appraised in the sum of $415,000.00.
