NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of VICKIE M. ROADES, deceased, that on the 5th day of January, 2026, Lacey Lynn Adams filed in the District Court of the County of Garfield, state of Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to LACEY LYNN ADAMS upon the estate of VICKIE M. ROADES, deceased, and that the heirs of VICKIE M. ROADES be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate, be waived.

AND pursuant to an order of said District Court, the 27th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.
