NOTICE is hereby given that STRIDE BANK, N.A., Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF MILDRED G. DALRYMPLE, deceased, has made return to this court of, and presented for confirmation, sales made by it as such Personal Representative as hereinafter set forth, pursuant to direction and power of sale granted in the Last Will and Testament of MILDRED G. DALRYMPLE, deceased, and Decree of Settlement entered herein of the following described real property situated in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma:
The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian subject to all outstanding restrictions, easements, right of ways, and mineral leases of record.
which was sold by public auction to the following entities and individuals as purchasers, for the cash amount set forth below opposite their respective names and legal description of said property, under direction and power of sale granted in the Last Will and Testament and Final Decree of MILDRED G. DALRYMPLE, deceased, of the following situated in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: Mineral Interests only in and to the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Garfield County, Oklahoma subject to oil and gas leases of record.
PURCHASE PRICE: $29,700.00
PURCHASER: JOHN D. GRAY PROPERTIES, LLC – an undivided one-third (1/3);
COUNTS HOLDINGS, LLC – an undivided one-third (1/3);
JOHN T. WHALEN – an undivided one-third (1/3)

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: Surface Interests only of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Garfield County, Oklahoma subject to all outstanding restrictions, easements, right of ways, and mineral leases of record.

which return is on file herein, and that the 19th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. in the district court room of said undersigned Judge in the court house in the city of Enid, in said county of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, has been appointed for said hearing such return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same. Reference is hereby made to said return on file for further particulars.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of PAUL ELDON MALY, deceased, that on the 28th day of January, 2026, JOSHUA PAUL MALY and MATTHEW WAYNE MALY produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Garfield, state of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, dated the 10th day of July, 2024, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said deceased (“putative will”), and also filed in said court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to JOSHUA PAUL MALY and MATTHEW WAYNE MALY as Co-Personal Representatives, and that the heirs, devisees, and legatees of Paul Eldon Maly be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate be waived. A copy of the putative Will and said Petition will be mailed to all heirs, devisees and legatees known to Petitioner with this Notice.
Pursuant to an Order of said court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 17th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, at the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, when all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law, and to assert their right as an heir, devisee, or legatee of Paul Eldon Maly.
