NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Richard Dean Lundy, Deceased, that on the 21st day of January, 2026, Richard David Lundy filed in the Garfield County District Court a Petition praying for Admission of Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, Appointment of Personal Representative, and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of Richard Dean Lundy, Deceased, be determined under the provisions of the Oklahoma Statutes.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 17th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the date and time for hearing said Petition, at the District Court in the Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway, Enid, Oklahoma, when all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law, and assert their rights as an heir of Richard Dean Lundy, Deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that Brandy Lynn Bort Personal Representative of the estate of Jeffrey Alan Townsend, deceased, has made return to this court of, and presented for confirmation, sales made by her as such Personal Representative to the Carl Mack Revocable Trust Dated May 28, 2009, an undivided one-half (1/2) interest and to the Karen Bea Mack Revocable Trust Dated May 28, 2009, an undivided one-half (1/2) interest for the sum of $360,000.00 cash, under power of sale granted in the Last Will and Testament of Jeffrey Alan Townsend, deceased, the following described real property situated in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma:
The Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Eight (8) W.I.M., Garfield County, Oklahoma;
which return is on file herein, and that the 3rd day of February, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. in the district court room in the court house in the city of Enid, in said county of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, has been appointed for said hearing such return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same. Reference is hereby made to said return for further particulars.
