NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of PAUL MATTHEW RAGLE, Deceased, that on the 15th day of January, 2026, ISRAEL E. RAGLE produced and filed in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated the October 12, 2025, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of PAUL MATTHEW RAGLE, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to ISRAEL E. RAGLE, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 17th day of February, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Court Room at the Garfield County Courthouse, Enid, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for proving said Will and hearing said Petition and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.

Notice is hereby given that Sandy Cantrell, the duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the estate of Charles Dean Lower, deceased, has filed her Final Accounting and Petition for Decree of Distribution and Approval of Attorney’s Fees, Costs and Expenses, and Discharge of Personal Representative. The Judge of the Court has set such for hearing on the 17th day of February 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Courtroom, Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway, Enid, OK 73701. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the accounting should not be settled and allowed, the estate distributed, the attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses approved, and the Personal Representative discharged.
