NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of JANET C. HOUSER ,deceased, that on the 23rd day of December, 2025, Glenda Kessler produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Garfield and State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated the 20th day of July, 2024 purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and also filed in said Court a petition praying for the probate of said will, and petitioner prays that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Glenda Kessler the executor named in said will, and that the Court make a judicial determination of the heirs of the said deceased, and waive the filing of a general inventory and appraisement and of all annual and final accountings herein.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 3rd day of February, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A. M., has been appointed the time for hearing said petition and proving said will in the District Courtroom in the Courthouse, at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield when all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.
