Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of James Edwin Carris, Deceased; Jason Carris has filed a Petition requesting that the estate of James Edwin Carris, Deceased, be probated in intestacy (Without a will), and asking that Letters of Personal Representative be issue to Jason Carris as Personal Representative of the Estate, that a determination of heirs be made, and the filing of an inventory, the appointment of appraisers, and the filing and presentment of a formal annual and final accounti g be waived.

Notice is hereby given that the 17th day of September, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition, appointing Personal Representative, and determining the items provided for herein at the District Court, in the Courthouse of Garfield County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:

NANCY E. PHILLIPS, Deceased and unknown successors, and ALL OCCUPANTS

The above stated Unknown Successors of the Defendant will take notice that the Plaintiff, TINKER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, a Federally Chartered Credit Union, filed its Petition in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, against the above named Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Petition on or before the 25th day of October, 2026, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against said Defendants IN REM establishing a lien as to the above named Defendants, and declaring a lien exists on the following described real estate, to-wit:

LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK SIX (6), IN MEADOWS FIRST ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF ENID, GARFIELD COUNTY, OK, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

and a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note and credit obligation against the Defendants as to the above property, as to NANCY E. PHILLIPS, Deceased and unknown successors, and All Occupants, and adjudging that default has been made in said note and credit agreement and that Plaintiff have a valid, judgment lien on said real estate in the total amounts of $27,6220.91 together with interest after judgment on the statutory rate on the balance until paid, together with attorney’s fees, and all costs of this action, and declaration of judgment lien, for all which judgment will be taken.
