NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estates of DENVER JR. SWIGGART and BETTY LOU SWIGGART, both deceased, that on the 24th day of August 2026, DEBRA SUE RUPPENTHAL, produced in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, instruments in writing purporting to be the Last Wills and Testaments of DENVER JR. SWIGGART and BETTY LOU SWIGGART, both deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition, together with copies of said Wills, praying for the probate of said Wills, asking that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to DEBRA SUE RUPPENTHAL, as Personal Representative of both estates, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedents pursuant to 58 Oklahoma Statutes Section 240.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 25th day of August 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of September 2026, the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to orders of the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, made on the 21st day of July 2026, in the matter of the Guardianship of KAREN WILLIAM KEETON one and the same person as KAREN WILLIAM “BUSTER” KEETON, an incapacitated, the undersigned, as the Guardian of the person and estate, will sell at private sale to the best bidder for cash, subject to confirmation by said District Court, on or after the 20th day of September 2026, all the right, title, interest and estate of the Ward, and all the right, title an interest that the said guardianship estate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired in and to all the following described real estate, to-wit:
