To: All persons interested in the Estate of Austin Bradford Carpenter, deceased.

You are hereby notified that on the 6th day of August, 2026, the Petitioner, Eleanor Annette Radomski (“Petitioner”), by and through her attorney, Dakota L. Semrad, of Semrad Law, PLLC, filed her Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245 and for Appointment of Special Administrator in the District Court of Garfield County.

Petitioner has alleged that Austin Bradford Carpenter, deceased, departed this life, intestate, on or about the 13th day of July, 2026, in the City of Enid, Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, and at the time of his death was a resident and citizen of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma. Moreover, Petitioner has alleged that Austin Bradford Carpenter left an estate in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, consisting of personal property, the probable value of which is less than $200,000.00. Accordingly, Petitioner has asked this Court for summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq.

Petitioner has alleged that the total value of the estate is less than $200,000.00. Since the value of the estate is less than $200,000.00, Petitioner has requested summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245 et seq.

In an Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator entered on the 26th day of August, 2026, the Court found that it should dispense with regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, ordered notice to creditors and issued an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration.

Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator, all creditors having claims against Austin Bradford Carpenter, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to Eleanor Annette Radomski, at Semrad Law, PLLC, 121 West Maple Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma, 73701, addressed to Dakota L. Semrad, attorney for Special Administrator, on or before the following presentment date: October 1, 2026. If no claim is filed on or before the presentment date, such claim will be forever barred.

Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 13th day of October, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the District Courthouse of Garfield County in Enid, Oklahoma. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration.

You are hereby advised that you may file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in the care of her attorney, Dakota L. Semrad of Semrad Law, PLLC, 121 W. Maple Ave., Enid, OK 73701, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.

If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.

You are hereby notified that on August 17, 2026, the Petitioner, Thalia Gelbs, (address: 15 Hollingers Island, Katy, Texas 77450), filed in the District Court of Garfield County, a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE. The Petitioner has alleged that MARVEL MARIAN RANDALL, a/k/a MARVIL RANDALL died on December 15, 2007, domiciled in and residing at Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado, and that the total value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is approximately $21,000.00. Attached to said Petition was a copy of an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the Will to probate and other summary proceeding pursuant to OKLA. STAT. ANN. TIT. 58, (245, et seq.
