NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all parties to the above-styled and numbered cause, and to all persons claiming any right, title, interest or estate in or to the real property described below, that the Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale filed herein by the Defendant, James D. Jantz, a/k/a James Donald Jantz, AND the Motion to Apportion Expenses filed herein by the Defendant, James D. Jantz, a/k/a James Donald Jantz, will be presented to and heard by the Honorable Sean K. Hill, Associate District Judge, in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, at the Garfield County Courthouse, 114 W. Broadway Ave., Enid, Oklahoma 73701, on the 14th day of September, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.

Said Motion seeks an Order of this Court confirming the Sheriff’s Sale held on the 5th day of August, 2026, of the surface interest only in and to the following described real property situated in Garfield County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

PROPERTY A

SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to:

The South Half (S/2) the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Twenty-Two (22), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, GARFIELD County, Oklahoma,

which tract is hereinafter referred to as “Property A,”

Appraised value: $220,000.00. Sold August 5, 2026, to James D. Jantz and Patrick J. Jantz for $180,100.00.

AND

PROPERTY B

SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to:

THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW/4) OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST, GARFIELD COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA,

which tract is hereinafter referred to as “Property B.”

Appraised value: $368,000.00. Sold August 5, 2026, to James D. Jantz and Patrick J. Jantz for $255,100.00.

Said Motion further seeks an Order directing the Sheriff of Garfield County, Oklahoma, to execute and deliver a Sheriff’s Deed to the purchasers conveying the surface rights only in and to Property A and Property B, taxing and apportioning the costs, attorney’s fees and expenses of this action pursuant to 12 O.S. § 1515, and directing the distribution of the proceeds of sale.

The Defendant’s Motion to Apportion Expenses seeks apportion expenses identified within said motion filed herein, paid solely by the Defendant in amounts listed amongst the parties according to the respective interests in and the described properties herein.

Any party or person objecting to the confirmation of said sale or entry of order apportioning said expenses, must appear at the time and place stated above and present such objection, or the same shall be deemed waived and the Court may proceed to confirm the sale and direct the execution of a Sheriff’s Deed.
