NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of GREG ALLEN GREGORY, deceased, that on the 23rd day of April, 2026, ALEXXANDRA GREGORY filed in the District Court of the County of Garfield, state of Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to ALEXXANDRA GREGORY upon the estate of GREG ALLEN GREGORY, deceased, and that the heirs of GREG ALLEN GREGORY be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate, be waived.

AND pursuant to an order of said District Court, the 19th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before June 30, 2026, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Garfield County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), WAVERLY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ENID, GARFIELD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

for the sum of $36,645.99, with interest from August 1, 2019, at 4.5 percent per annum, together with a reasonable attorney’s fee, for abstracting, advances for taxes, insurance and property preservation, and the costs of this action, and ordering said property sold to satisfy said judgment, and forever barring you and all persons claiming by, through or under you from ever setting up or asserting any right, title, equity or interest in and to said real estate adverse to the right and title of the purchaser at said foreclosure sale, and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled.
