Now, on this 22nd day of April 2026, the Guardian, has filed herein a Return of Sale of Property showing that under the authority to sale granted to him/her, said Guardian has sold, subject to confirmation by this Court, the following described property situated in County of Garfield, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

a. Lot Two (2), Block Five (5), Neilson Place Sixth Addition to the City of Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

The sale is being made to Amy and Travis Jeffries for the gross sum of $40,000.00 in cash to be secured by a note and mortgage at the time of closing after confirmation of this sale by the District Court of Garfield County, State of Oklahoma. Said Return of Sale of Property is on file herein, and the Guardian has requested a hearing on said Return.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Return of Sale be and hereby is set for hearing on the 5th day of May, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. before the undersigned Judge in the District Courtroom of the Garfield County Courthouse, Oklahoma, and that notice of the time and place of said hearing be given by one (1) publication in a newspaper published in Garfield County, Oklahoma, said publication to be at least ten (10) days before the date of said hearing, and by mailing as required by law.
