FILING OF INVENTORY

Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of April 2026, DALE MELOTT, also known as, DALE KEITH MELOTT filed in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Letters of Administration, Waiver of Final Accounting, Appointment of Personal Representative, Petition for Determination of Heirs-at-law and for Order Waiving Filing of Inventory praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to DALE MELOTT or to some other suitable person on the Estate of JERRY LYNN MELOTT, Deceased, and said Petition further praying for a determination of the identity of all of the heirs-at-law of JERRY LYNN MELOTT, Deceased, and the identity of any Guardian of any minor or incompetent heir-at-law of JERRY LYNN MELOTT, Deceased, for the purposes as provided in Title 58, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 240, and that the Court enter its Order Waiving Necessity for Filing of Inventory.

Pursuant to an Order of the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, the 14th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock p.m., of said day at the Courtroom of the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, in Enid, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said Petition by filing written opposition thereto on the grounds of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert his own rights in the administration and pray that Letters of Administration be issued to himself.

The Court has further Ordered that on the hearing of said Petition for Letters of Administration, Waiver of Final Accounting, Appointment of Personal Representative, Petition for Determination of Heirs-at-Law and for Order Waiving Filing of Inventory the Court will determine the identity of all of the heirs-at-law of JERRY LYNN MELOTT, Deceased, and the identity of any Guardian or Conservator of any minor or incompetent heir-at-law of JERRY LYNN MELOTT, Deceased, for the purposes as provided in Title 58, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 240, and that the Court enter its Order Waiving the Necessity for Filing of Inventory.
