NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of KENNETH CLAY NORTHCUTT one and the same person as KENNETH NORTHCUTT and KENNETH C. NORTHCUTT, deceased, that on the 14th day of April 2026, SCOTT NORTHCUTT, produced in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of KENNETH CLAY NORTHCUTT, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition, together with a copy of said Will, praying for the probate of said Will, asking that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to SCOTT NORTHCUTT, as Personal Representative, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent pursuant to 58 Oklahoma Statutes Section 240.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the 14th day of April 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th day of May 2026, the hour of 9:00 A.M., the Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse at Enid, Oklahoma, in said County of Garfield, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same as provided by law.

YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued in the District Court of Garfield County, Oklahoma, by the above-named Plaintiff, who in its Petition filed in the above-styled case alleges that it is the owner in fee simple of the following described real property, being situated in Garfield County, Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:
The South Forty-five (45) feet of Lot Six (6), Block Thirty-eight (38), Kenwood Addition to the City of Enid, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof,
and that you may claim some interest in or claim upon said real estate adverse to Plaintiff, which in fact you do not possess; the object and prayer of Plaintiff’s Petition being to have the Court distribute the above-described real property to Plaintiff, as described in the Petition, free and clear of any and all right, title, claim, or interest you may assert to quiet and confirm Plaintiff’s title as against you as described in the Petition, as to all of the described property, and for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and equitable in the premises.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that you must answer the Plaintiff’s Petition filed in said cause on or before the 1st day of June, 2026, or said Petition will be taken as true and a decree quieting Plaintiff’s title to the above described property will be entered forever barring you from asserting any interest in or to the Property.
